– Ship the item back to us at your own expense. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
– Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2. Exchanges
– We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.
3. Refunds
– Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable.
– If your return is approved, you will receive an email notification confirming the refund amount and when to expect the credit to appear in your account.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

– We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a refund or replacement, depending on availability.
5. Final Sale Items
– Final sale items, including clearance and custom-made products, are non-refundable.
